Hard Cider (for the holiday’s)
- 1 gallon Cider
- .5 cup sugar
- .5 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1.5 teaspoons ground cloves
- .5 – 1 cup rum or brandy
- Heat cider, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, orange juice, cloves to almost boiling point.
- Add rum or brandy to taste.
